Internet Marketing Business - Start With MVP Strategy

You cannot expect to be a true blue Master List Builder if you do not know the core principles that will make you the MVP of not just the Master List Builder system but also in all other aspects of your life.

You might be having all those energy and potential inside of you, but if you are not able to channel it properly, you will find other people who are less talented (but better managers of their resources and MVPs of their time!) inching their way upward while you stay on the sidelines watching them succeed.

Life does not have to be that way for you. You can actually emerge and be your own MVP, if you work at it. One of the main things you have to remember in any endeavor is that you ought to have a sense of mastery over whatever you decide to do.

And on top of that you have the MVP strategy so that you can be the most valuable player you could ever be!

M stands for Mission

A mission is not always imputed. Sometimes fate may hand it over to you through a circumstance, turning point in your life or another persons admonition. But you do not really need to hear drum rolls in order to know your mission in life. You can sometimes see it in the quiet whispers of your routine.

A mission will help you act accordingly. Having a mission is synonymous to making your lifes compass point you to your north where you will find utmost stability. A man without a mission is a man without a direction.

V stands for Vision

Of course, the thing . You must be able to see yourself succeeding in that mission before it actually happens. Many a successful person has claimed that he or she has already seen himself or herself in that state of success long before it actually materialized in their lives.

Mere vision will not make you a successful person instantly, but having the right vision will definitely help take you there with flair.

P stands for Passion

Passion is a very broad word. It could be further divided into two. It may be about your skills or favorite things. Or it may be something that you have direct personal experience. You cannot share what you do not inherently have.

You may have the mission and the vision, but without the passion to sustain you in it or the ability to make it happen, you will find that the mission and vision is a mere dream.

Article Marketing - 5 Essential Steps For Success

Affiliate Marketing training would not be complete without explaining the HUGE upside to Article Marketing. Once implemented, these content specific articles will keep generating traffic literally for years after initial publish.

The internet marketer uses articles to direct traffic to a website or blog where he has a product or information. An article is NOT a sales page ... as such, it WILL BE rejected by the article directories. :-(

In considering utilizing article marketing, there are 5 specific steps required in order to gain benefit from the article.

1. Carefully choose a product or information that is the ultimate focus of your article.

2. Develop quality information regarding your subject. Your goal is to provide enough information for the reader to see the value, but you DON'T want to provide all the answers ... pique their curiosity to learn more.

3. Provide examples, tips, or tutorials to demonstrate how the subject will be beneficial.

4. Expand your points to paint a picture of the process. Be careful to keep your text informative without bordering on a 'sit-down' classroom session.

5. 'Shine your Apple' before submitting. Perform a complete review and edit as necessary.

It is ALWAYS advisable to save your article and walk away for awhile. We all have a tendency to write what we want to hear. Return to your draft and put your "subjective" face on. Get 'out of yourself', apply the basic steps, and see if your draft meets the criteria for the average viewer. Did you clearly define a problem and provide a practical answer or solution?

Does your article 'read' like a sales page? Generally, avoiding the use of first tense ("I") will help to generalize your points. Remember, you are NOT selling anything ... you ARE generating interest in your chosen topic. Keep in mind that your goal is not to appeal to everyone. Make sure that you have identified your target audience, and have provided enough information to grab their attention. Have you clearly defined the problem? Have you suggested a course of action that may offer a solution? Is your information unique, or can it be found in any number of throw away ebooks? The last thing that you want is for the viewer to go "yeh, yeh, yeh ... same old stuff".

Before you submit your article, make sure that you review your landing page destination from the Resource box. Are all of the links active? Are the keywords compatible? Is the subject of your landing site an expansion of the theme of the article? Do you add additional value?

Article marketing is a VERY effective tool for building your affiliate marketing business. Seek out sources of information that will help you fine tune your various article marketing campaigns ... Research is NOT a dirty word! :-)

Internet Marketing Conference Success - 7 Winning Strategies For Boosting Your "Who-You-Know" Factor

Conferences? For internet marketers? Who needs them anyway? You do!

Why is that? Let me count the ways! Here are 7 key strategies that help you realize the important role conferences can play in your career, and how to go about making the most of the conferences you go to.

1. Know why you should consider going to face-to-face internet marketing conferences.

You may wonder: Why bother? You know that what matters is not really (only) what you know. Here's what's much more important: WHO you know.

Well, guess what! How are you going to get to know the WHO's whom you'll need to know? How will you meet those gurus who can help you market your product by sending it to their lists? Conferences, of course. And what seems next to impossible in normal life will be a piece of cake at a conference.

2. Fully appreciate the potential benefits of going to a conference - and act accordingly.

Is it really worth all the trouble and expense? Yes! Yes! Yes!

Why? Priceless contacts. Not just gurus, but potential JV partners as well. New friends. Often all of the above rolled into one. Great information too!

3. How do you go about actually meeting anyone? Actually, it will be difficult not to. But to maximize your effectiveness, pay attention to three key parts of the conference: before, during, and after. Plan ahead, for all of it. Ensure ideal networking conditions by staying at the conference hotel.

4. Before the conference: Do like a girl scout or boy scout: Be prepared. Get the program, look at who will be there and which of the many people you would most like to meet. If there are key people, buy some of their products and READ them if you haven't already (or listen to them, or watch them, as applicable). If there are none of the key people you want to meet, consider looking for a different conference. Bring a big stack of business cards.

5. During the conference, part one: Be alert & pace yourself. Make sure you are well rested. Avoid (too much) alcohol. Be ready for chatting and socializing with the key people you want to meet at a moment's notice. Be friendly to everybody else too. You never know if you're talking with the CEO-to-be of the next Google, Facebook, or Squidoo.

6. During the conference, part two: Gurus are people too! Be respectful of their time, be familiar with what they do, but most of all, be friendly and treat them like the nice and likeable human beings they are.

7. After the conference: Follow up. Take out all those business cards. Hopefully, you'll have jotted notes on the back of each of them. If not, do it now, before you forget who was who. Then review: Who was this person again? What did you promise by way of follow-up? Do it. Send them all a friendly "nice to have met you" email. Send them something of interest and value if at all possible. Oh, and keep in touch!

And that's it! Seven winning ways to get the most out of a conference. Get real about the importance of personal contact and about conferences as the primary way to achieve it. Get ready and prepared. Go and play nice. Follow-up and deliver what you've promised - and then some. Enjoy your new friends, and most importantly, keep in touch.

Now there's only one more question. Which internet marketing conference are you planning to go to first?

Whether you're ready to meet your favorite guru, find a JV partner, or just learn some new tricks, this upcoming internet marketing conference has it all: http://www.meetaguru.info

Internet Marketing Coach - The Criteria You Need To Evaluate Before Hiring A Coach

When I first started my internet business the very course I did was by Corey Rudl. He has passed away since then, but he is a legend in the industry. So he was my very first coach. I learnt a lot and his course went a long way in helping me to establish my business. When you are starting in a new industry it is very important to learn from someone who is already successful. However you need to choose someone that you are comfortable learning from.

Now before you start a course and hire an internet marketing coach you need to evaluate a few criteria. First of all are you comfortable with the method that your coach is using to generate their online income? A typical example is the over hyped Day Job Killer. This ebook mainly used Google Adwords to generate money for affiliate income using direct linking. Now I am not saying this does not work, but not everybody may be suited for this. If you make a mistake it can be very costly.

You also need to consider how much the person who is teaching you is earning? If they are earning only a few hundred dollars or a few thousand dollars and you are earning more than that you need to question if it really is worth it? On the internet there are a lot of people who will try and make a fast buck even if they do not have enough experience in that specific field.

You also need to look at the system that they promote. Do they have ebooks, dvds, cds, forums and how their support is structured? For example if you have a problem how long will it take for them to get back to you. For some people reading an ebook alone will not help them while others are more suited to interactive discussions in forums.

Based on the above criteria you need to selectively choose your coach based on how they meet your needs.

Article Marketing - The Higher Your Article Volume, The Higher All Your Other Numbers Will Be

Article marketing is simply a numbers game. The higher your article volume, the higher all your other numbers will be. That's it, thank you and good night.

Really I could stop there and you would have some great and useable information. But there is this little thing about minimum word count, so I'll explain that statement a bit more.

Article marketing is a numbers game

Here is why this statement is so important and powerful. Most people that begin in article writing and article marketing will write one or maybe even a few articles, wait for all the wonderful results that do not come right away, and then claim that article marketing does not work.

Article marketing works. Some people do not work, however.

The bare minimum number of articles on the internet that you need to just begin to see a steady trickle of traffic is 25. Everything after 25 articles increases the trickle.

If you are serious about article marketing, life really begins at 250 articles. If this article is accepted, it will give me 1017 articles on just one article directory. I could not stop the flood of daily traffic if I wanted to, and I sure don't want to.

Here is what I know -

If I want more traffic, I write more articles.

If I want more prospects, I write more articles.

If I want to build my list, I write more articles.

If I want more subscribers, I write more articles.

If I want more customers, I write more articles.

I think you get the point. If you want to raise any of your important numbers, write more great quality articles.

With your permission, I'd like to offer you free access to two of my Article Writing Templates to help you write more great quality articles. You can download them by going to http://www.TheArticleGuy.com/bonustemplates.htm

Marketing to Wealthy Consumers - 3 Marketing Strategies That Work

Marketing your products and services to wealthy consumers doesn't have to be a mystery. Do you have a service that attracts these wealthy buyers? Does your product have the built-in quality factor that this demographic desires? Will your service make them look good?

Here's a peek into the top three strategies that will get you in the door to some of the wealthiest homes.

1) Be the Expert on the type of product you are selling. You do this by learning all you can about your products, your competitors products and your market. You write articles, speak at functions, and share WHY your product has the exclusive edge. Give your prospects information that convinces them they are getting the best.

3) Do your research. Get a map of your targeted area. Example: Identify a neighborhood that meets your criteria. Pin a map on your wall and visualize a few sales resulting from your efforts. Acquire a reverse directory from your local phone company. You'll find listings by street, instead of by phone number. Create a marketing campaign using personalized messages via postcard, letter or even FedEx (this will get their attention!) letters. Send a few unique mailers. Stick with it. You're establishing your expertise and it will take some repeat exposures. Don't be afraid to be unique in order to stand out from your competition. Keep pushing, but don't pull!

3 ) Make a commitment to over-deliver on your services. Focus on quality. Mercedes and BMW have established their automobiles as top tier products because of their commitment to quality and outstanding service. Consider stretching your service beyond the normal boundaries. Do you think you might get a few extra referrals if you arrived at your clients property dressed for success, even though you're installing a simple light fixture? You bet you would. What if you asked the client if you can remove your coat before getting started? This respect and courtesy is a simple example of over-delivering on your service.

As you expand your influence as an expert, you will find that you attract more referrals. From my experience, I see several advantages with dealing with this wealthy client base:

-It's easier to close the deal

-Price isn't a big issue

-You get paid in full

-They're intelligent buyers

-Good quality referrals

Yes, there are many other creative strategies to get your foot in the door with this robust market segment. I'm simply sharing a brief introduction that includes the right mindset for dealing with these clients.

Let's do a quick recap: You boost your credibility by becoming the expert in your field. By researching your target areas, you give yourself an opportunity to visualize successful outcomes. You can start small with by leasing a reverse directory and send out highly targeted niche mailers that get noticed. Lastly, try to stretch your service beyond the normal boundaries by over-delivering an excellent quality product.

Home Based Business - Making Money Writing Articles

Whether you've been a professional writer for years; someone who's always dreamed of seeing your name in print; or just have something important to say, than chances are you could make a living (or at least a few extra bucks), writing articles for pay and profit!

Gone are the days when a fledging writer had a limited amount of print sources to submit ideas and articles to. Competition was high and the chance to make it to the big time slim. The Internet has changed all that. A whole new world of opportunity is now open to the writer, offering thousands of new writing outlets. From formal magazine articles, newsletter content and marketing or sales copy, to short ebooks, blog entries and SEO keyword articles, just about anyone with a basic understanding of an article form, a good grasp of the English language and the ability to do basic research can write and sell a myriad of web-based articles and copy.

Just one simple search for freelance writing jobs online will result in hundreds of hits for sites that specialize in teeming writers up with potential clients. To be honest, many of these buyers want extremely cheap (as little as $1 or $2 each), articles that they can either use on a variety of websites or sell to other again and again, but even these low-paying clients are a great place to begin to build a portfolio and learn the ropes of freelance writing online.

Once youve learned how to quickly turn out quality work, not only will your client base expand, but so will the amount of money you can earn. Its not uncommon for a highly seasoned professional writer who is capable of taking a simple idea and come up with a thought-provoking and unique slant, then contacts the appropriate sources and turns out an informative and entertaining 2,000 word piece to garner $400 or more for a single article!

But, even if you never quite hit that level of professionalism and talent, just about anyone whos willing to hustle can make $15 to $25 an hour writing dozens of smaller 100 to 400 word articles and blog entries per day.

So, where can you find clients for your online writing? There are several types of sites available. The first is a content related site that allows writers to submit already written articles, set a price and sell them through their site for a 10-30% cut in the profits. These sites usually charge a hefty fee when an article is sold, bit does not charge a monthly or annual membership fee in order to participate.

The second is a type of bidding clearinghouse where a variety of buyers post specific assignments for writers ranging from short articles to ebooks and press releases, and allow providers (writers) to bid on their projects. These sites usually charge both a membership fee and percentage of each sale. However, they usually all handle client payments and offer additional provider portfolio and marketing services.

The third way that some writers market their work is through their own websites that feature their portfolio, stock articles for sale as well as an invitation to submit work proposals for consideration. These sites are normally reserved for seasoned professionals with an established client base and other marketing tools available.

As you can see, online writing is becoming a hot side job for many would-be as well as professional writers. With s many people looking for writers to keep their websites and email newsletters up to date and current it seems as if theres currently enough work out there for any writer willing to work hard and make their services available.

Article Marketing Bootcamp: Anatomy of an "Article Marketing" Article

Headline or Article Title: Great Headlines are Keyword-Dense and Compelling!

Picking up where your headline left off, start with an opening paragraph that introduces your topic and pulls the reader in. For best search engine optimization, your copy should be keyword rich and tightly focused. It should also be written in a punchy, concise manner to keep your reader interested.

Dont overwrite - in article marketing, less is usually more. Most publishers are looking for something in the 300-600 word range, although anywhere from 250 -1500 words is considered acceptable. For comparison, this article clocks in at just under 600 words (not counting my real resource box).

Use Subtitles To Break Up Text

The main body of your article should be broken up into crisp, short and focused paragraphs, each built around a single point, with lots of white space. Blocks of unbroken text are to readers what garlic is to vampires - one look and they're gone.

Keep in mind that odd numbers, especially three and seven, have the greatest psychological appeal. When using defined lists, subtitles or a series of examples (such as in this sentence), use odd numbered items to create cadence and build momentum.

Generating Content

Tip lists, how-to's, Top 10's - all of these make great articles! Another popular format is the Q&A - ask a question in the opening paragraph and then answer it in the body of the article.

Out of ideas? Recycle your content. Rewrite and repurpose your best blog and bulletin board posts, break up key points from an ebook chapter, flesh out informative emails you've sent to colleagues and so on.

And look for articles within articles. For example, each item from a Top Ten can be the topic for a short article all by itself. Put them all together with related headlines and you have an article series - and maybe the foundation of another ebook!

Are You Ready For The Big Finish?

Almost there! Close with a brief but strong paragraph or two that ties up any loose ends and restates your main point clearly and effectively - this is another good place to use your keywords. Then sit back and call it a day. Whew! Great job. Now let your article rest for a day or two, then go back and edit to trim the fat and catch any typos and submit to your choice of article marketing directories.

Resource/Bio Box - Don't forget your resource box! Include links to www.yoursite.com and tell interested readers how they can hire you to do stuff that relates to your article subject. And HEY! Look at this amazing discount just for your readers! This is where the magic happens, so make sure you pull out your most persuasive laser-marketing copy.

Summary: Now that you've finished the article, it's time to write a great summary or teaser. This copy doesn't actually appear in your article, but is used along with your headline on the main site to entice visitors to read it. A good teaser is short, sweet and whets the reader's appetite for more - get their attention, but don't give away the farm. You can use the first few sentences of the article itself, in a pinch, but it's best to create a separate blurb that really packs a punch. Once you've done that, you're finished!
