How To Make Instant Cash From Articles

There are a exciting few ways to make money online from articles. In this article, we are going to look at these methods a little closer and how they can help you create instant profits on demand...

Method #1 - Freelancing Profits

One way to make money from articles is by writing them for other people. Many business owners on the Internet need articles created for them. It's easy to post a bid for these services: go to Elance or GetAFreelancer to make your bids!

Method #2 - Bum Marketing

Ok the name might sound a little corny, but exactly IS Bum Marketing? Well, it's a term coined by Travis Sago referring to the promotion of affiliate programs via articles. The basic principle is: write articles with your affiliate link in the resource box, submit them to article directories, and wait for the cash to flow in! Affiliate programs are a great way to get started earning money online because you get to promote other people's products for a cut of the profits, without actually creating any products yourself or maintaining any websites.

Method #3 - Website Content Creation

Alternatively, you can write articles and post them to your own website and then "monetize" your website by including Google Adsense ads, affiliate links and offering paid advertising to other website owners.

I'm sure you might be thinking: "Hey, why not do all three to increase my income?" And indeed you should! Do one method first, and once you are making money with that, move on to the next method until you build your article empire.

Christmas Gift Articles - Write Marketing Concepts that Market Christmas Gifts

You know how to get traffic, but you'd like to have more seasonal traffic. So, what's up with that? Can't you think of anything to write?

Almost anything you write about Christmas can be a marketing article. You just have to use keywords (pssst, the keyword for Christmas is... you guessed it, Christmas!) and post them frequently throughout your article. Tell everyone about your topic and put in some information they may not ever have known before.

My favorite article so far is one I wrote about Christmas Gifts. I simply titled it Christmas Gifts and then added in numerous references to gifts I'd purchase for different family members, friends, and others on my Christmas list. How hard can that be?

The best part is, I got to advertise and market information about products I sold. That's what Article Marketing is all about. And when you're writing Christmas Articles for the purpose of capturing attention and drawing traffic to your website, you get all manners of attention by choosing the right keywords.

Are you ready to capture some attention and draw traffic to your website with Articles you write about Christmas, or some other topic?

You can learn the secret of Article Marketing and fine tune your best writing tools with a few Article Templates that bring your written concepts into focus. Article Marketing dynamics for holiday marketing are not much different than any other time of year. You simply use a basic template like the two free templates you get at

http://advertizeyourbusiness.com and fill them up with keywords that relate to your topic, then post them to EzineArticles.com with a power packed resource box.

Article Marketing - Drives Traffic To Your Website?

Have you done searches on Google lately? Chances are that you have ended up on an Adsense site with a lot of articles on it. Sometimes you will find that the site contains original content, but most of them are just copies from the many article directories that can be found on the net.

What has this to do with article marketing then?

Well, recently I found one of my articles on a site by doing a simple "link:legaldivx.com" search on Google. It was one of those cookie cutter sites, and sure enough - the other links were also the same kind of site. But the main point is - I got several links back to my site doing nothing more than posting an article!

It was then I started to think: What if I were to submit a lot of articles to a lot of article directories, using different themes and with different sites in my resource box on every submit?

Chances are that a lot of sites will adopt my articles and thus starting to drive traffic to my sites just by displaying the link in my resource box. The search engines will love it, because the sites will get lots of related backlinks to different urls on the sites, all having different keywords.

But, can you just write some short story and go ahead and post it then? I would think not; here are a few pointers to think about...

Do not mix up the reasons why you promote the articles with the reasons why you write them.

When you are writing an article, there are at least three key benefits to why you are promoting them; a) branding, b) lead generation and finally c) promotion. These are all part of the optimization efforts.

The one reason why you write an article, and do not forget this, is to inform your audience. If you fail to focus on this primary and most vital purpose, it will fail in the three promotion benefits, since none will be interested in reading your stuff.

With that being said; you need to draw attention to your article and thus making people read what is in your article, followed by the next logical step; make them click on your resource box.

How is that achieved? - Write better content!

Profitable Real Estate Internet Marketing

More and more people are turning to the Internet to find local resources. At the top of the list is the search for real estate and agents.

The experts predict the next wave of the Internet will be local marketing. Currently the real estate industry is leading the way with estimated online marketing expenditures exceeding $1 billions for 2005. That amount is expected to grow substantially over the next few years.

There are those realtors who have figured out how to successfully market online, and are reaping the rewards. What are those rewards? A source of new customers at a much lower cost per acquisition.

As a realtor here are some facts that you simply cant ignore:

More then half (56 percent) of all consumers now use the Internet when buying real estate, which is up from 28 percent in 2000. When asked where they first learned about the home they purchased, 24% of buyers identified the Internet. That is an increase from 15% in 2004.

Buyers who initially do their research online tend to be better informed. Equipped with their knowledge gathered from the Internet, they spend significantly less time with their realtor, and preview fewer houses then traditional buyers. In other words, you get an ideal buyer that requires less of your time and resources in making a purchase.

What is required to profit on the Internet?

In addition to having a functional and effective web site, realtors need to aggressively market their business on the Internet. You must have a presence where your customers are searching.

One of the most effective methods for marketing online is Pay Per Click advertising. The two major players of PPC are Google and Yahoo. It works as follows:

1. A person searches on a keyword or phrase like, Evanston Illinois Real Estate.

2. As an advertiser you bid for ad positioning on that term (1st, 2nd, 3rd position, etc). Obviously you bid on terms that are relevant to your business and would be used by potential real estate buyers in your area. There is no limit to the number of keywords or phrases that you can bid on.

3. When the search results appear your ad is displayed at the top or right hand side of the page. These ads are often referred to as "Sponsored" links. If a person clicks on your ad and goes to your site, you pay a price per click that you designated. The appeal of PPC is that you control your costs by specifying a cost per click and a daily expenditure. In addition, you are only paying for performance. You only pay when there is a click to your site.

What makes PPC so appealing is the fact that it is so targeted. If you select the right terms to bid on, you end up with prospects coming to your site that are actively pursuing your services. That is the primarily reason it is much more cost-effective than offline advertising.

I recently set up a PPC campaign for a realtor in my area. It took a couple of hours. The Google ads went live immediately, and the Yahoo ads started two days later. In about a week I got a call from the Realtor. She said, "I dont know what you did, but we are suddenly swamped with leads." It is that simple if done right.

The Holy Grail of Internet Marketing

Internet marketing is much more than putting your product online and pitching it to people. If you're going to be an internet superstar there are three important steps you must take.

Establishing an internet business goes far beyond creating a product and placing it online for sale or seeking out a product to promote for affiliate revenue and blasting it across the internet and through email. Internet marketing starts with building yourself a reputation as someone sincerely interested in your customers, offering them information and help, and promoting your business or product on your website. That of course requires you have a website so another important part of marketing is to present website content that is useful, accurate, and current with the market.

One of the great things about doing business on the internet is that you can get started fro free or very little cost, depending on the approach you take. And you don;t have to have much to start a marketing campaign that is effective. There are many resources and tools available today that are free. You just need to do your research and make sure that the freebie offers you the functionality you need and with a degree of professionalism.

Here are three absolute essential ingredients for creating a successful internet marketing business.

Communication with your Customers

Being available for your customers and potential customers is perhaps the most important aspect of your online presence. It may seem unfair but the global 24 hours a day and seven days a week reach of the internet makes the window of communication opportunity very small. If you don't respond quickly your customer may go elsewhere. E-mail is a great way to communicate with your customers but the key is to stay on top of your inbox and respond quickly. Establish a schedule to review incoming email and respond to your customers' needs. You may need to set up a 3 times per day schedule. f you don't have the ability or the man power to you need to take another look at your setup and either reorganize your business or hire someone to help you.

Products and Services

Customers need to find value in what you have to offer, whether it be your free report that sells your own product or your direct sales product or service you have to offer. There are two motivating factors when it comes to selling online: cost and convenience. Will your customer find it easier to buy online than finding the same product in a local store? Is it cheaper for your customer to buy this product from you online? Do you offer some sort of additional value that encourages the purchase? Consider your offer and ask yourself if you would buy what you are selling. Look around at the other offers and top them. Competition abounds so you have to stay on top of the game to deliver the best offer with the best value for the best price.

Delivery and Support

Immediate delivery is a selling factor that makes online purchasing attractive to customers who want the product immediately. Having to wait for delivery is not in line with the instantaneous nature of the internet. So your key to a satisfied customer is convenience, instant access, and quick service. It can mean the difference in you getting a sale and in losing a returning customer. Test your system. Make sure it is user-friendly, easy to understand, functioning as promised. Be available for your customer's needs after the sale. If your system quirks and there's a problem with delivery you need to be there to get it delivered.

Online success starts with the building blocks of business design. Put yourself in your customers shoes. Communicate with your customers quickly and in a helpful manner. Offer them what they need at a great price and with a bonus product or some other sort of added value. Provide quick, if not instant, delivery. If you can base your business on these three principles you will have the keys necessary to open the door to online business success.

Profitable Article Marketing - Uncover 4 No-Brainer Steps to Make Money With Article Marketing

Article marketing is popular among webmasters due to a couple of reasons. First, it is very effective in terms of traffic generation and second, it is a very uncomplicated process. Anyone can virtually do it and you don't need technical skills to survive.

Here are the 4 no-brainer steps to make money with article marketing:

1. Know what it takes to make your articles widely distributed. It is not enough that your articles are informative; they must also be well-written, brief, direct to the point, free from sales pitches, keyword-rich, and factual. In addition, they must also be free from any grammar and spelling errors. Remember, your readers will judge your professionalism and expertise based on how you write your articles, so making them flawless as much as possible.

2. Identify the things that you need to avoid. To prevent your articles from being rejected, you must make sure that they do not contain blatant advertisement, hyperlinks on the article body, inappropriate content, and duplicate content. They must also run at least 250 words and do not go beyond 1-3% on keyword density or you will be tagged as a keyword spammer.

3. Use your resource box effectively. Learn how to create a killer box and how to incorporate powerful call to action to better entice your readers to give your website a visit.

4. Identify the best publishing sites. Article submission sites are not created equal, some of them will give you the exposure you need, while others will let your articles sit in their review page for a while, making them stagnant and useless. To make sure that you'll get your articles up and running in as little as 2 days, submit them to reputable sites like ezinearticles.com.

How To Earn Through Affiliate Marketing

If there were one way you can generate real money from the internet, it would be through affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is the process of selling or promoting a product or a service in behalf of another company. If you join an affiliate network, you'll be compensated for every sale that a customer makes out of your marketing effort. You will be paid a certain percentage of the sale whenever applicable.

In order to earn from affiliate marketing, what you need is traffic. You need people who would inspect the products or services that you are offering off the internet. And of course, the most important thing of all is that you motivate them to buy. If there's no sale, there's no commission. And that plainly means you won't earn a single centavo.

You don't need to own a website to earn in affiliate marketing. But of course, it would be better if you do. You can use your own website to inform your visitors and prospects about the products and services you are offering. However, affiliate programs today gives their members a full link that they can call their own, use it, and promote it anytime they want. All you have to do is to endorse that link all over internet so you'll get the traffic you need.

To earn though affiliate marketing, you have to be resourceful, hardworking, and patient. Keep in mind that sales don't happen overnight. People don't just take out their credit cards from their wallets after a short sales pitch from you. You won't get rich overnight. But if you work consistently enough, you will earn eventually.

Start promoting your affiliate links everywhere it is allowed. You can use forums, blog spots, and social networking sites. Let everybody know that you are supporting a product or a service. That's not a very bad idea. After all, if you really want to earn some, you have to be bold enough to volunteer your products, on forums more preferably, every time you feel that another person needs it.

Affiliate marketing is not much different from face-to-face selling. The only advantage is that you don't have to show your face to earn at all. Your presence over the internet should be good enough. And if you made the right contacts, you will certainly cash in all the good rewards.

To Achieve Article Marketing And Writing Success You Must Follow These 6 Steps

One way of promoting your website and product can be achieved for free. As an additional bonus, this free method can boost your sites and sales, doubling and even tripling your income.

Article marketing is one of the best free advertising methods there is, the articles on the free content site contains a link to your own website. Readers, after reading your articles, may choose to click on the link and pay you an unexpected visit. Also your articles on the free content are available to other webmasters who may wish to publish that article on their site. Having you article on other websites also means you have a back link which will increase you search engine ranking. As you can see there are some great advantages to article marketing.

Here are some great article marketing tips to help make sure your articles gets published and read.

Article Marketing Step 1. Is to discover your topic and titles. As you would provide a first sentence for your article, one that would immediately grab the attention of your reader. To be concise, you would need to get all the facts that will support and go against your point. At this point you are also going to pic out some key words that best describe the content of your article and use these key words as much as possible throw out the article. This will help a great deal when it comes to search engines finding you article, if no one can find it, it will not get read. It's that simple. Key words are a very important factor in article marketing.

Article Marketing Step 2. One of the methods you can use to prepare yourself for writing articles is creating an outline first. Creating an outline for all your articles makes you prepared. You have an idea of what to do first and make a plan for your succeeding steps. Being prepared makes the job easier and faster. Being organized will allow for disorientation to be shunned away.

Article Marketing Step 3. Never underestimate the power of the resource box. After all this is the why your submitting your article, right? It may be small in size but they will provide a significant aid in driving traffic to your site. A boring resource box will never get a job done. Be fun and creative but at the same time show that you have a great deal to offer, too much to ask for something that couldnt fit a paragraph? Yes and no, there are many tips and guides that can help you in doing this, the first step is realizing how important a resource box could be in making people click your link and be directed to your site.

Article Marketing Step 4. Maybe in the process of writing articles, you are thinking that all that is you wanted is links back to your site. And any visitors it can generate are fine. Guess what? Not all article banks and directories are going to accept your content automatically. Oftentimes, they have some guidelines and specifications on the articles that they are accepting.

Article Marketing Step 5. You can double the number of sites you can submit to by writing articles that the directories want to share with other people. All it takes is one publisher with a hundred thousand readers to increase your potential audience overnight.

Write the articles that publishers want in their publications if you want your article marketing to work the most effective way for you. This also means you have to obey the standard guidelines, spell checks, researching on a good topic and even hiring a writer to produce a good content on your behalf. In the end, it is all really a matter of choice on your part. You can start getting a little exposure from increased links back but on a very basic level. Or enjoy massive exposure from a little extra time making quality contents.

Article Marketing Step 6. Reread and reread what you have written down. Always refer to your outline so that you wont drift away from what you had first written down. Its not hard to be caught in the moment and get lost in your writing frenzy. Your outline will help you keep in track. All those hours spent in outlining your article will not go to waste. This will serve as your guide in writing articles. Trust and rely on your outline because this will prove to be a very helpful tool in writing all of your articles.

If you use all these step to market your articles and provide good useful content your article marketing will be very successful.

If you don't feel like writing articles yourself, private label rights articles are always a option. If used properly they can be a great resource. Be sure not to copy private label rights articles word for word. Instead use many different articles and peace them together. This will insure your content is original.

Profit in Printing - How to Succeed in Publishing

Profit in printing is obtained largely by the ability of the man who is "it" in the establishment. We have all noted how the great publishers tend to fall to decay when the light goes out that led them to success. Ability can find a way through many difficulties; without ability the finest collection of printing machinery will not return the cost of operation.

A few start small, virtually as amateurs, and build up. In the early 20th century, one of the most noted of these was A. E. Chasmar, who developed such exceptional taste in fine printing that his work was known clear across the continent. But usually the man who can make money and build up a plant has to be found. It takes a strong man at the helm to pilot the publishing craft into the harbor of steady profits, and continual good judgment to maintain such position when gained. The personal touch always seems to rise superior to conditions and to rules.

So far as I have observed, the large establishments are always built up by men who know thoroughly their trade, being well grounded in the details of their calling and familiar with the allied arts. Two sorts of ability are necessary the sort that goes to produce good printing, and the sort that can handle the finances successfully. Successful men have an exceptional ability to recognize what they are looking for when they see it, and we can all point to many other examples.

Large capital will make a printing plant go, if the capital can find the right managerial ability; but it is scarce. A printing office investment is a dangerous one for large capital, because of this necessity for brains of a certain type to secure profitable results. But large capital without the right ability will not win out, though it may keep a large publisher going for a long time, thus having a greater chance to find the right man to run it profitably.

ITV Ventures Scam - Need To Know Truths Revealed

With their great network marketing success has come a more common reference to the ITV Ventures scam. Several colleagues of mine have at one point are another been involved with ITV Ventures and all have a somewhat similar story to tell.

Let's take a look at some of the more important parts of that story.

A) A Long Time Ago In a Loft Far, Far Away

The story goes, in 2002 ITV founder Donald Barrett was working from a loft in his parents garage, and this is where he came up with the "revolutionary" idea for an interview style infomercial and within only 12 months became a multi-millionaire. He must have had some business model!

In 2006 Barret launched ITV Ventures as an extension of his already successful direct response television company, ITV. Shortly thereafter many of the company's independent business owners realized just how lucrative having a television audience could be for their business.

B) The ITV Ventures Scam

What those who do not believe in an ITV Ventures scam always fall back on is the power of merging direct response television with Internet marketing and network marketing. True, having the company's close to 200 different health and wellness products advertised on television certainly helps your advertising campaign.

However, keep in mind that even after the products you are trying to sell end up on an infomercial, you still have to market effectively on the Internet in order to grab those potential customers in the event that they decide to search the Internet for more information. This is much more difficult than ITV would like you to believe.

Here is a quick breakdown of the costs you are to expect in order to join the ITV Ventures company as an independent business owner:

Wow! So, you're looking at $500 just to join, and then another $1,660 every year at a minimum. This is a pretty hefty yearly sum to ask for as far as Internet marketing companies go - this is just the beginning of the ITV Ventures Scam.

C) Financial Ruin Continued...

Once you gave joined, the ITV Ventures scam machine will then entice you with flowery bonuses such as a team mentor building bonus and even a car bonus. What they often won't tell you until you have signed up is how many products you have to sell or how many top-tier packages you need to sign people up with in order to achieve these bonuses.

Just to give you an idea of how ridiculous these bonuses are, here is what you have to do in order to achieve the very lowest car bonus:

Sound like your cup of tea? Run from the ITV Ventures scam as quickly as possible and don't turn back. However, I will say that if you are a very effective marketer online, then you might have a standing chance to make some money with this company.

Lightning Quick Financial Success

If you choose to market anything from ITV Ventures or any other unrelated product, I always say that the key to amazing financial success online is mastering effective marketing strategies. A mentor can help you to do this, so always be on the lookout for one.

Once you know how to market effectively and believe in the product you are marketing, you will absolutely succeed!

Bulletproof Article Marketing Secrets That Will Give You The Competitive Edge

In this article I would like to go over some techniques that you can apply to your business that will give you very good results from article marketing. If you have not seen any good results before you will when you start using these techniques.

Let me stress that the most important part of your article marketing efforts will be to build a list. The reason for this is that most people need to have email contact from you at least seven times before they will buy from you. So if you are not doing this then you will be leaving a lot of money on the table. It does not matter whether you are promoting affiliate products or your own.

The way that you would do this is to write in a conversation style like you are talking to a friend. Also ensure that you keep your articles short about 250 to 350 words in length. This will make it less likely that your reader will get lost and not make it to your resource box. Share a slice of your expertise without giving the farm away.

Also make sure that you have a killer resource box. This will be your 30 second elevator pitch. You have to make the reader of your article want to click through to your website. I suggest that you offer a free report on your squeeze page as an incentive to subscribe to your newsletter.

Now after doing all the hard work this is where most people get it wrong. The fortune is in the follow up so you need to take very good care of your subscribers and relentlessly follow up with them.

How To Grow Your Home Business Using Only Promotional Articles

Is it possible to grow your home business to a respectable size using nothing else but promotional articles and your website content? The truth is that many people are very skeptical about this ever happening or working out not believing that mere promotional articles can be that powerful a marketing weapon.

The truth is that your home business website content is so important that it can make or break your site. Actually when using promotional articles, everything starts at your site and the quality of your content there. Many home business webmasters fail to note one very important point. And that is once visitors arrive at your site, your content will immediately have an impact on how long they will stay. It will also impact on whether or not they will be interested in coming back again to your website in the future.

So imagine a situation where you are doing some very aggressive promotion and yet every visitor who arrives at your site quickly leaves and is not interested in ever setting eyes on your site again. This is the exact situation where promotional articles do not work and can never work in 100 years.

The right approach for successfully using promotional articles is to start at your home business website with your content. Make it as captivating and useful as possible before you do any promotion using articles outside your site. Once you are really confident about the quality of your website content, you can then use the best of your content to create promotional articles and post them at high traffic article directories with links pointing directly at the excellent articles already on your site. That is exactly how you get promotional articles to work like a dream for you.

The keywords you use in your articles both in your site and outside it are important because it is the only way you will get lots of continuous search engine traffic based on popular keywords that you have used.

Many webmasters do not have the time or talent and skills necessary to generate their own content and so they hire ghost writers and SEO content providers to write the articles for them. Actually because of the stiff competition, you can get very professional content writing services at a very dirt cheap price. What all this means is that you will really NOT have any excuse for not having quality home business content on your website.

5 Highly Visible Marketing Strategies That Make Your Brand Recognizable

The Secret to Creating Great Wealth is to be Recognizable. Youve probably heard it said that you have to be famous to be wealthy. That isnt quite true, but the idea is significant to the process.

If nobody knows your business exists, you wont make much money from the business. You must be both visible and recognizable within your niche. Niche Marketing will take you where you want to go once your customers know youre there.

1) Leave your calling card.

Business Cards are relatively inexpensive and can be left everywhere. I leave one on the table with my tip (and tip generously, I want the wait staff to remember me).

2) Elevator Speech.

Mention your business, and use your elevator speech often. Your Elevator Speech should be catchy, memorable, and tell exactly what you do. Dont be vague here - get the message out.

3) Send Reminders and Remembrances.

When you remember a person as an individual, they remember you. They know who you are and call you back, because they feel like your friend. Send them a greeting card, remember their birth date, and be a friend.

4) Refrigerator Magnets

I know this is clich, low end, and schnitzie, but do it anyways. Moms hang things on the refrigerator. If your business niche includes women, give magnets. Put your logo on them and give them away everywhere you want to be seen.

5) Brochures

Pass out brochures! Online you can do this with article marketing, using a great resource box at the bottom of your article, information brings them to your door. Locally, you can do this by leaving brochures about your business, everywhere you go. Pass them out, give them away, tell people what you do. Send them to your clients, give them out at parades, leave them at the Doctors offices.

Finding Quality Link Partners

Every webmaster knows the importance of incoming links to a site to boost traffic and search engine rankings. But how do you find good quality sites that will link to you?

I recently came across an article that explains how to search for quality link partners on Google. According to the article this technique has become old hat to many search engine optimization experts but its new to me. Maybe I have not been doing my homework.

Simply use one of the following search techniques replacing the "keyword Phrase" with the keyword you want to associate your site with. The key word phrase is the key because you want sites that are of the same subject matter as your own to link to you. Try using the key phrase that you want your site to be found by when someone does a search. Also be sure to use that same key phrase in all your link titles.

I used the above examples and came up with 100s of potential link partners all who have good page ranks with Google. You want to make sure that the pages your links will appear on have a Google PR or your link will not be found when the Google spider comes crawling.

List Building With Article Marketing - Long Articles Lose a Prospect, Short Articles Build Your List

Article marketing is the way I have built almost all of my highly responsive lists.

You've heard or seen me talk about this. You can take a 1,000-word article and break it down into two 500-word articles or 3 350-word articles and it's more lines in the water, it's more ways for people to find you.

Now think about this specifically for list building. If your article is too long and you lose the reader, they will never make it down to your resource box, where they can accept your offer of a slice of your expertise in exchange for their email address. Long articles tend to lose the reader before they ever get to your resource box. Short articles allow the reader to flow through your article right into your resource box so they can click through to your web site or blog.

So if your article is too long, they're never going to see your resource box in the first place.

What to do instead: Keep your articles short. Somewhere between 300-500 words is the very best. If you are just starting out it might be a challenge at first to provide great info in just 300-500 words. It's really a mix of skill, art, and experience.

It's more of a challenge to write shorter articles with good content than it is to write longer articles. In a longer article you can just do a brain and heart dump on the topic. In a shorter article you have to laser your focus on your topic to give the best information.

The best way to get there is to write lots of articles.

Article Marketing & List Building - Taking Great Care of Your List By Asking About Their Challenges

Q: I've heard you say on a teleseminar "Find what your market wants to know and how they want it delivered." My question is how do I do that, especially if I am on a shoe string budget?

Great question, and I've got great news. You do not have to spend much at all to find out what your list wants. In fact my favorite method is perfect for the shoe string budget.

Just 2 questions

There are two questions to ask the people on your list. You do not have to conduct some fancy kind of campaign in order to do this - all you need to do is ask in an email to the people on your list.

If you ask these two questions, and take action on the answers, you will set yourself apart from 90-95% of the marketers out there.

In an email to the people on your list, you want to ask:

1. What is your biggest challenge? What do you find the most difficult? What keeps you up at night? What is keeping you from achieving the success you desire?

These are all really the same question asked in different ways. Don't assume you know, ask.

Very few of the marketers on the internet, even if the ask the first question, ever ask the second question.

After you have the answer(s) to the first question, then ask:

2. How would you most like the information and solutions delivered to you?

Give them some options. If in text, do they want it in a traditional book, and ebook, an article, etc? If in audio, do they want it on a teleseminar, an audio CD, a downloadable mp3, etc?

You get the picture.

Answer and take action on the answers to these two questions and you will be on your way.

And now I would like to offer you free access to two of my Instant Article Writing Templates. You can download them by going to http://www.TheArticleGuy.com/bonustemplates.htm

Article Marketing - Is This a Good Way to Reach Niche Decision Makers

Article marketing is actually one of my favorite ways to reach three different (although possibly overlapping groups of people: 1) people who exist in competitive markets where the cost of advertising is high 2) niche customers who are hard to pin down and find and 3) people who are buyers, not search engine-aholics.

Why does article marketing work so well for all these groups?

I think it is because all of these groups are so difficult to reach through the traditional mediums and yet with article marketing every article is the same. That is, controlling for things like strength of the title, and the article directory or web site to which you submit the article, all articles are equal.

And one of the things that keeps the market so open is that it cannot be reasonably automated you cannot create a machine to do the article writing for you. And because of this, and because most people seem to want to automate things it is easier and easier to stand out if you are article marketing at least that is my opinion.

One of the best ways to target a specific group of people like business decision makers is to write articles that are specifically targeted to the types of topics that would appeal to business decision makers.

So the first step would be to brainstorm, what types of articles would be of interest to business decision makers? Once you have that, info, the rest is a piece of cake write the articles, and the traffic will come. Remember, article marketing produces some of the highest quality leads around.

List Building - How to Create Interest and Be List Building at the Same Time

If you have a new product to sell, or if anything has changed with your company that's newsworthy, like even updating your website, have you ever considered writing a press release? Maybe you just wrote a free report to give away on your list building page. If that's true, then you'll surely get traffic and jumpstart your list building through press releases.

Yet, be sure that what you write about is important enough to be newsworthy. Don't just write sales letters disguised as press releases. People will catch on if they see enough of them and stop paying attention. Plus, the services just won't approve them. So, if you're writing about a new report on your list building page, give them an idea about what's inside, but make it incomplete. Make them visit your list building page and fill in their names and email addresses to actually get all the information.

Your headline is the most important part of your press release, just as the headline is the most important part of your list building page. Try to tie the press release headline to something happening in the world. For instance, use celebrities, politicians, strange happenings, etc. Here's one we used last week, for example: "While Johnny Depp Smashes the Box Office, Knudson Hits Home with Quality Information." More than 1,000 people read that release in the first two days. How's that for exposure?

Next comes your sub-head, which sums up your purpose: "On June 5, 2007, Tellman Knudson, CEO of Overcome Everything, Inc., kicked off his phenomenal executive series, The Ultra Marketing Marathon. In the first of seven webinars, marketing mega-star Russell Brunson laid out his secret system of generating unstoppable cash through affiliate marketing." Put this sub-headline in italics.

Then, it's on to the body of your press release. To prepare yourself, read some newspaper stories and notice how they're written. Also go to one of the press release sites and read a few of the most popular ones. Notice how in the opening paragraph, you learn the who, what, when, where, and why. Provide that information in the opening paragraph of your press release, too. Then, provide a bit more detail in the remainder of the body. Also remember to include your URL, just don't add it more than a couple of times or your release could be rejected for URL spamming.

After the body comes and "About" paragraph, where you'll provide a little information about your company. Remember to tell again, who, what, when, where and why? You have to tell people who owns or started the company, where it's located, when it began, and what its purpose is (the why). You should be able to do this in just a few sentences, and it should be no longer than one paragraph.

Another important part that follows is the contact information. Who can people contact if they want more information or an interview, for instance. Be sure to include a telephone number, the URL you're writing about, and at the end, type in ###, which let's the service know that the press release has ended. Those symbols represent "the end" in newspaper-talk.

But wait! You're not quite through yet. Now, you need a summary of what you've just written. Remember that whatever you write will show up in the paragraph just under the headline at the release service's website, so be sure that it zings. Make people want to read the release and further, visit your list building page.

Now, you're really done. The press release should be no longer than one page, so that's about 4 or 5 paragraphs, tops. Once you've polished it to a glittering diamond, you're ready to upload it to the press release services. You can pay to have it distributed, too, so consider that option, if you have something really big to announce. Paid notices usually bring a lot more traffic because they're placed better than free releases. But whatever you choose, writing a press release is definitely a great Internet marketing strategy, and you're list building at the same time. How cool is that?

The Power Of Article Marketing With SEO...

There are many ways to market your business on the Internet, and using search engine optimized articles has to be one of the "keeper" strategies for getting pre-qualified 'natural' search engine traffic to your web site.

Now, I'm sure you've heard all this before, "people search the Internet looking to information (aka articles) on how to solve a particular problem". People just don't search the web to buy your 'stuff'!

If you truly understand this search "path" then you understand the meat and potatoes of how the web works, it's an information resource for people.

To completely understand the above concept 'follow the money'. Search engines need content to be able to rank web sites, so that they continually get searchers BACK to their engines. The more searchers they have searching for relevant content on a search engine means more revenue for that search engine (e.g. the success of Google adsense).

This is why blogs and RSS have become the "buzz". Blogs and RSS make the content (copy, words) "fluid"... meaning that the content changes often. This means that the search engine bots love these technologies, visit more often, and then rank the content well (if the blog articles are keyword optimized).

To see how this works go to any news site. News sites have a volume of ever-changing content. For example CNN gets spidered (visited) by the Googlebot something like 28,0000 times a day.

Why? Because of CNN's ever changing content, and I guess the 'bots' are 'lazy'? They go to where the good, and changing content is more often.

The SEO aspect of article writing.

Think of SEO as "filing". What I mean by this is that good search engine optimization strategies help the search engine to "file" your content appropriately. Good keyword analysis gives you the information to enable the search engine bot with the 'right' filing.

There are no smoke and mirror tactics here. Your Mother was right when she told you that 'telling the truth is always better in the long run'. This principle especially applies to good SEO practice.

Now, how do we take this concept of "fluid", search engine optimized content and turn it into a Links IN bonanza for your own web site (thus sending your rankings through the roof over time, so to speak)?

These are the core principles...

1. Ensure that the link for your article is on a web page hosted on a unique IP address.

2. Ensure that the link for your article is on a web page that has a unique, wholly independent set of backlinks.

3. Ensure that the link is on a web page that is at least loosely relevant to the topic of your own web site.

You see, it's not just a matter of having your articles on just any article directory. Your articles need to be in a category (and preferably a specialist directory) that is within "theme'. In other words you would never post your article on 'looking after your cattle dog" on a directory that was focused on Financial Management.

In addition to placing your articles on article directories one can also run your articles on press release service sites, and of course there are RSS strategies (but that's a whole other story, and another article).

Lightyear Alliance Creates a Websystem to Automate Recruiting & Increase Front End Residual Income!

What stops most network marketers in their tracks? Fear of being rejected, wasting their time, feeling like they have been taken, not making any money....I am sure you can come up with other concerns. The point is the majority of network marketing reps use antiquated marketing techniques and predictably get poor results. Finally, a company gets it right!

In this article I won't go over the services and products the company offers. You can get that information very readily by clicking the link in the resource box. The point of this article is to share with you the websystem that Lightyear has created which will take recruiting to unprecedented levels. By the use of high quality video the director of rep training goes over the details of the company, it's many products and services, and gives highlights of the compensation plan. He also gives new prospects direction on how to get started once they are interested.

The new website is done dramatically and tells a very compelling story. In fact, it is so complete that most prospects will be ready to join this business WITHOUT a sit down business presentation! That is unheard of in the network marketing industry, and frees you to do the things you desire.

Lightyear has also listened to feedback from the field. Two major areas were addressed. Start up costs and front end residual income. The company has four different levels of entry, giving everyone the opportunity to join at the level that is comfortable for them. The main tool that new prospects must have in order to promote their business is a company website that is branded to you. Now, that tool, which includes three separate websites, gives immediate residual income! This too, is unheard of in the network marketing arena.

What does this mean for you, the new rep? You can comfortably enter the business at the level that fits your desires and budget. Now you don't have to make that LIST and set up all sorts of meetings. You simply ask someone to take a look at your website. The website goes through four distinctive steps that brings the new prospect along in their understanding of the business and its benefits. And, if the prospect wants a complete business presentation they also have additional access on your website so that they can view the presentations in the comfort of their own homes. Oh, your prospect speaks Spanish....No problem. The whole website can be converted from English to Spanish in a click of a button!

One of the most important aspects of this websystem is this...It is totally duplicatable. And, isn't that the whole point of network marketing? If you are a go getter, who has no problem talking to people, is that part of your personality duplicatable? Of course not. So, how is a new rep that is not as outgoing as you, going to be glib enough to approach someone, ask the correct questions, and then sit down and give a compelling business presentation just like you? The answer, they can't. And, the follow up concern, they may NEVER be able to. So, that system is NOT duplicatable.

So, we must create a system that is so easy to use and implement that everyone feels comfortable using it. How would you like to simply give someone the URL of your website, and let the website take over? That is what Lightyear has designed.

But don't believe me...Make sure you click on the URL in the resource box below to experience it yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised!

We Must Stamp Out the Crappy Articles for More Serious Online Article Content

More than one online article author has said that on the Internet in online article submission websites there are some really "crappy articles" out there. This is their direct words in describing less than acceptable content. Of course there are also some really good "serious" online articles too, so let's not jump to too many conclusions here.

Myself, I have written thin content articles for the pop culture crowd with little if any real substance and I have written some very serious articles as well. Yet, I totally see it too and understand the dilemma myself since I often write some of both types of articles. But if this is a push-pull thing then perhaps there should be two websites for each top online article submission website?

One for "trite" articles and one for serious articles, with a section for full-on "white papers" or borderline "research papers" with serious eBooks available splitting sales with authors?

It seems that those who write the better more serious articles would have a thing or two to say about the garbage articles, I cannot blame them and have complained myself. Of course like most, I have adjusted my content downward slightly to:

A.) fit in and;

B.) meet the expectations of the Internet Surfers who are shallow often in their thought processes.

Then there is the issue of quality such as punctuation, spelling and sentence structure. Indeed, I myself have worked hard to watch the spelling etc, and make sure to bring one decent point at least to the reader in every article.

The endless "get rich quick" or "Get a Date" articles are prolific, but not just on the top online submission websites, actually all over the Internet. Apparently because people like them, that is the average populi or teenager surfer. They are humans and that is what the masses are, happy humans doing their thing, procreating more of the same?

You know there is a market for serious articles and excellent content, I am a reader who likes the good stuff, but realize if you write for that market, that yiu are writing to 5-10% of the population and the other 90-95% seems to enjoy at least some of the fluff, BS articles and 50% just love them?

Make it easy to read: Most computer based readers scan a web page or email searching for the information that they need, so you need to help them:

* Have an eye catching, descriptive title.

* Have lots of sub titles just like in the article.

* Use bullet points to make it quick and easy to assimilate the information.

* Get to the point quickly.

* Use easy to understand, jargon free, wording.

* Introduce your article with a short and interesting opening paragraph.

* End your article with a good conclusion.

* Leave them wanting more information and use your resource box to show them where to get it.

Make it easy to use: Getting your article read is one thing, but you also want it to be published by as many people as possible. Heres some salient points:

* Make it the right length under 350 words for ezines, under 750 words for web pages and under 1250 words to be included in ebooks.

* Make it grammatically correct and ensure you spell check. Best to use American spelling even though the Brits invented the language!

* Make it interesting, humorous or contentious or all three if you can.

* Dont ramble get to the point, expand on the information and close the discussion.

* Write as if you are writing for one eager to learn person keep it personable.

* Dont include words that are likely to trigger spam busters.

* Make it relevant, useful and your own work!

So good luck in your article marketing.

Information About Article Marketing - An Overview of a Process That Really Works!

Information about article marketing - If you're looking for any kind of information about Article Marketing today, you've probably had no luck finding a process that really works.

Well, the information about article marketing that I'm going to give you in this article really does work. And I'll spell it out for you, FREE!

Most information about article marketing consists of a plan that probably involves a variation of the process (information about article marketing ) that I use and recommend:

1) You find the niche market that you're going to target.

2) You do keyword research to evaluate your market to make certain it's viable and profitable.

3) You put together a basic website.

4) You start writing articles based around certain keyword phrases you've targeted in Step #2.

5) You add new pages to your website written around the different keyword phrase in Step #4.

6) You rewrite the article and then submit the new version of the article to a number of Article Directories where it will quickly draw Google's attention because, for whatever reason, Google loves these particular 7 Article Directories (hence the name "Big 7").

=================================================

Quick Tip: Step #6 is essential to your plan of attack (the information about how to improve your article marketing). However, you'll find it takes a lot of time & effort to submit your articles to the "Big 7". That's one reason I developed my software "Your Article Marketing Assistant". It makes the tedious parts of the process as easy as possible. It turns a tedious (but necessary) process into a "Semi-Automatic" process that gives you the control that purely manual article submissions do along with some automated processes that make the process faster & easier! You'll get the best of both worlds!

=================================================

7) After creating a number of articles and submitting them to the "Big 7", you then start submitting the website itself to a number of Website Directories that accept submissions.

Here's the theory behind all of this information about article marketing in a nutshell.

You want your website to show up in the Natural Search Engines Ranking Pages (SERPs) of the Big Three Search Engines (Google, Yahoo! And MSN).

Gaining Incoming Links will make your website more & more visible in the Natural SERPs which is what we are after. Incoming Links are one way links that are on other websites that point towards your Home Page. Links that you trade with other websites are called "Reciprocal Links" and while they're good, especially from other websites in your niche market, they're not considered to be as good as pure Incoming (one way) Links.

Steps #4 & #5 combine to do a number of things. The "Big 7" that I suggest submitting your articles to are recognized very strongly and quickly by all three of the major Search Engines. One of the things accomplished by Steps #4 & #5 is to gain Incoming Links from very well respected sources.

The entire point of Step #7 is to begin getting a massive amount of Incoming Links pointing towards the Home Page of your website. The more links you can get, the better - hence use of the term "Massive".

=================================================

Quick Tip: You'll find Step #7 to be labor-intensive and boring. That's why I developed "Your Article Marketing Assistant" - to make the process faster & easier!

My software makes it quick & painless to submit your website to almost 500 Website Directories and it's not done in a way to make it seem like an automated submission (most Website Directories frown on automatic submissions.) Our package is a "Semi-Automatic" method that combines the attention to detail that you get with purely manual submissions while automating the task a bit to make it much, much faster and easier.

=================================================

Article Marketing (done properly the way I've suggested) is one of the most powerful SEO techniques in use today, the end of February 2007.

When coupled with Website Submission to the directories I suggest (the 2nd prong of this powerful 2-Pronged Attack Plan, you have one of the most powerful strategies for quickly and easily getting a website indexed in the Natural SERPs being employed today!
